Very clearly he seems to be under medication or under influence of something .. Seemed jumpy and assaulted officer without any provocation. Mostly an mental health issue.

I went to a housewarming ceremony of a person with good school district. A lot of people were showing sympathy to the couple saying, don't worry, your son will eventually get a seat in the home district, etc. 

When enquired, he got a seat in a school that has a rating of 9.25 instead of the home school district where its 9.75. This is for elementary school....

Of course I had fun, questioning them on whats the difference, etc. It was def shocking for me.
