Did not think you are so naive not to understand how things work.

This is a politically motivated case and no one is bothered about the outcome or consequences. The sections included mandate judicial remand and that’s what the govt is looking for. 
 

Secondly, This incident happened when there was election code in force and this makes things a bit complicated. Releasing a meagre amount of 55 crs is no big deal and Govt can do so with a GO, borrow from GAD or even go for an over draft but because of the code in force, they attempted such a thing and released the money.

Secondly, ACB has informed serious fraud investigation office which will support the investigation. Absolute jurisdiction can be established here with out any doubt as ACB believes there is corruption involved. 
 

End of the day, max 30 days including 14 days remand and judicial custody. Bail will take a while to come by and will be contested so 2-3 attempts. And outcome of the case will hang in balance as usual.

Ade antundi.. I am not batting for anyone here. Just politically motivated and this will go no where. ACB may establish there is corruption involved but what section of the ACB law is applicable here? From the way I understood, ACB just has jurisdiction for bribery cases now. Law and Order Police FIR book chesaru ante ok.

ACB and those sections, purely for extending remand to judicial custody. 

ACB jurisdiction and application of PC Act, will be decided after the chargesheet….At the most, CID will probe some of the sections but for now, its all about arrest and making sure KTR stays in jail for a few weeks.

Basic ga Andhra folks naturally hate kcr and ktr for obvious reasons…and they are happy with Revanth as he completely stopped Hyderabad progress. This can help them get amaravathi in visiblity

for these reasons u will obviously see lot of hatred posts and comments against kcr/ktr in this group and also on gulte.com and see Revanth bhajana here so that Hyd can remain standstill for some more time
