Concurrent h1 tho part time cheyacha like 10 to 15 hours a week. Currently FTE with company A. B is a contact part time which will file for concurrent..project oka 3 to 4 months vundachu.  Main employer ki emanna telese chance vundha ,like any way for them to know. Company policy prakaram I cannot do ani vundi in the company's line of business..

How is that a visa fraud? Concurrent H1B is legal, 1st employer ki telisthe it is upto them on what to do. Many will take it easy as multiple jobs are common across industry, it will be able issue if there is conflict of interest...

You can do it. Attorney already cheppadu. But safe side kavali ante Oka $200-300 spend chesi get confirmation with an attorney.

you can do concurrent H1B bro...no issues with usc1s and it is legal..but nee first employer tho breach of contract avthundhi if they find out
