Hope u all doing well . I took car rental , and they said there were some existing damages and mentioned in the doc I will get soft copy via email before pick up the car .  I was already late , by that time I’m about to pick up , I didn’t get soft copy but I verified there are some existing dents and thought those will be in soft copy. But I didn’t validate each one. After car return they found two additional dents charging around 800. Now I don’t have proof as I didn’t take vedio to say those were there before. Emi cheyali ippudu. Suggest cheyandi bro
