They are saying they went multiple time to reach Allu Arjun, but, show only one final video where Allu Arjun actually comes out.

And if the incident happened almost the beginning of the movie, why did it take police 2 hours after the film started to ask him to leave ?  Where are the other videos where they made multiple attempts ?

Looks like Allu Arjun is correct, once he knew about the stampede or incident, he came out !!!

Also, I am pretty sure he may have known about the incident that is why he was asked to leave, but actual death could have been known only the next day, as it impossible to declare a person is dead until the doctor's confirm at the hospital which could take some time.
