1.5hr with Lufthansa not recommended even for families with kids .. Nenu 3-months back ocha ..u have to walk a lot .. and main thing is India lo start aye flight always delays .. so connecting flight miss autharu

not good for parents even with wheel chair access. 

mostly they will miss the connecting flight and will be rebooked on another one stop flight via NY or NJ. not worth it.

problem is ....the airport dont have wheel chair persons and  so a buggy is called to take them. they take their own sweet time and no way try to help them make the transit.  min 3-4 hrs undali transit.

better go via middle east. 

if fit...... they can try to quickly de-board and run to the connecting gate.
