Generally winter is the right time to buy as the market shift to "buyers" due to lack of demand. Also, noticing a lot a of price reduction lately. Market is definitely going down overall....outliers like dallaspuram cannot be considered anyway. With thatha taking over and expected rate cuts, demand will spike again in summer...provided the economy stays healthy!

Builders are offering very good offers. The prices between existing homes and new homes have narrowed down to 1-2% from the general 15%.

There is a lot of disparity between demand and supply. A lot depends on job market.
