Telangana development is always possible with Congress government .

The psus like bhel , bel , Ecil , drdo , ordnance factory etc . came up during Kasu brahmananda reddy period . Hitech city was started by N Janardhan Reddy .

The rajiv gandhi airport , nehru outer ring road , pv narasimha rao expressway and iit hyderabad were all built by congress during ysr period .

Now regional ring road is being built by government and tenders have been called  . Metro phase 2 , old city metro and musi riverfront will be new additions to Hyderabad infrastructure .
