PEOPLE NEED TO SEE BIG PICTURE HERE, I do not know why most of the people have voted for 200K+ .. H1b is not meant for IT industry .. it also caters other fields like Arts, Medical, Education, Fishing, Ocean and Marine,  Electrical and Electronic industry, Oil rigs Lot more are there.. these fields do not pay 200K per annum.
