Surprised how this eedio made it to everyone's recommendations....endira ee gola anukunna. Looking at the thumbnail, I can say Dr. Horton is probably a D or C at best. Perry should be A. Highland ki antha scene vunda? Taylor morrison and perry's plans r better compared to highland or westin. Meritage, pulte and lennar r at the same mid-low level.

Perry is B in my opinion. Pulte is better than Lennar and DR Horton. Highland homes are top for build quality and framing, no one else can beat that quality for their pricing when compared to Taylor Morrison. Aa TM vadi homes anni dolla la untayi.

I had very good experience with toll. Their build quality is lot better. But it completely depends on construction manager. So this list completely varies based on your area. Nvhomes is not as good as some claim

CONSTRUCTION MANAGER on the project is key anna. I have seen worst quality toll to very good quality DR Horton. It all depends on who and how good that construction manager is. And adi koda area area ki change avutundi. Same community lo east side toll construction manager was useless and west side construction manager took care of each and every detail.

How is that possible? The materials are all precut and prepared for each home to be built, the CM just makes sure they go in properly. So before build quality imo materials play important role.

Nvhomes are good compared to toll… especially toll in the last 5-7 yrs the quality has come down.

 

also post covid almost all builder’s quality has dropped

first due to high demand they cut corners; then supply chain issues; now tariffs.

Same experience with toll. Town homes were built worst with lot of issues. Single families had very good build quality.

Simple example istanu anna. Lumber pretty much same untundi but framing is totally dependent on framer. Mostly makku gallu untaru framers but construction manager oversees and makes them do again if they do something wrong. Covid lo chala junior framers or just manual laborers doing framing vacharu, so lot of mistakes were done in 2020-2023 built houses.
