We use ADP. Have to apply PTO in app. 

Some people try, say PTO in chat, but do not apply.

We had a very generous PTO policy. Its still good. But PTO Accrual reduced from 400+ to 240 now over last 5 yrs.

You use it and alwys tell I have many PTO and sick leaves.

Our PTO got reduced from 290 to 240 this year. So we had to take a lot of leaves to get it under 240. Last few yrs same story. PTO reduced from 410 to 360 to 320 to 290 to 240 now.

why are you not using it and i see every one complaining I have many PTO left over .

I always tell I don't have any PTO left over and I wish I take one more break in team meetings.
