Don't trust these desi store and restaurant owners versions too they might be true or not especially TV9 version ... seen this personally: This is one famous restaurant in NC. a guy placed an order for a party and desi restaurant missed some items that he realized after going back. He called and the restaurants guys asked to drive back (45min drive) to pickup the missed items when he came back the restaurant guys pissed him off saying you already picked it and then made him to wait another hour to get missing items ready. He lost cool and shouted on them.

Restaurant threatned that guy saying his shouting is recorded and they will share with telugu organizations and media. Based on the TV9 story it is relatable to what I saw.

Usually what I have seen business folks accept their mistake and give refund or take item which is not good and give store credit. There is no point in cheating life long customer. Once you treat them well they always come to you. I don’t know about this particular case.

I have seen this. I got refund on it. I also stopped eating at Indian restaurants because of trust issues

See some desi restaurants reviews and owners reply to review in threatning tone.
