This is right. Visited Tirupati in last Jan and was surprised at the pace how it's developing. Tirupati has some water issues, if addressed I think has way greater potential in terms of development. Haven't visited Vizag in last 5 years, but even before that I always felt Vizag has crowd, scape and outlook of larger metropolis than Vijayawada. There is a reason why coastal Andhra politicians and businessmen settled in Vizag. Vizag also has greater acceptance for outsiders, unlike Vijayawada.

This is the state of pretty much every town and tier II/III cities in Andhra and Telagana. Youth chase jobs, they have limited places.
