Simple solution is Hire H1b contractor's that's it .. Most of the companies are doing wait and watch..

No Kaka... I am not... I know how Big 4 companies work.. they followed similar thing during previous Trump regime.. when Biden came in they hired people lot after that reduced the workforce implementing 20-80 model calling it as right shore business model..my guess is they will hire H1B after 2 years that too with min 3 years validity...
