Indian judiciary is heavily influenced by the Western ideology as it's interests are also aligned with the West like that of UK and US. The collegium system is where judges appoint judges with no oversight. Catholic Church / Jesuits have infiltrated judiciary a long time ago. Infact church actively fund education and appointment of judges that works in its favour. Then there were many judges appointed by Jesuit Congress party headed by another Italian. Which is why they are being demonized. The problem is it only costs middle class the most as rich are not bothered and poor don't have much anyway. The middle class unfortunately are traditionally "indoctrinated" or what they call "educated" and told to obey law and order without questioning much. Of the middle class, it's Hindus who face a lot more trauma than others., because "Hindu women" celebrate " empowerment" without realizing the long term victims are themselves and gonna power trip. At the end of the day, any women after menopausal age will realize world don't value them much even if they are wealthy, by that time their family life is already gone, so they live as miserable lives. #only way out is make sure your assets are NOT in your name and in your parents name and get anticipatory bail for your immediate family members when you sense trouble in marriage. Don't COMPROMISE at all. Quote
