he is working  illegally like others , so how can he complain? 
 

What is the source that he have case in India , again it might be fake propogonda by design store mafia

 US embassy will check first criminal / cases history if you mention in ds160 or not

No Kaka.. Indian GOVT is not sharing the info unless you apply for Global Entry Program.. they are going by Passport verification process and the declaration... otherwise lot of people who had fake 498a cases would not be in US at all...
