Why not black tea? You will get used to the taste. You can also try Green Tree without caffeine. Herbal teas as well.

Also has lot of hormones which are messing with girls cycles. If you are getting the milk straight from farm then it’s fine. Else opt for plant based milk. Oat milk taste is closer to cow milk than almond milk.

Organic doesn’t mean the cows are pasture raised. When cows are stressed, it caused elevated cortisol levels which will also transfer to milk. If you are having milk for protein, switch to plant based else find a farm to get milk.

It's not about taste ..cow milk has B12, B2 and 13 vitamins and amino acids that are essential to human growth. If kids don't get it they will get vitamin deficiencies from childhood. Hormones are legit issues which but most of these are addressed with widespread knowledge, putting 1-2$ extra for organic milk won't be a problem
