Valaki a job baga navhindhi..too many benefits.. not all of them are front line soldiers..some do other specalisations such as army IT intellignece .. communications engineer, welfare psychology etc

majority of desi's frontliner / battle ground post lo join avvaru.....almost andaru engg degree untadi kada, so most of them get into corporate type of jobs...like IT, desk jobs etc.

Frontline Battle ground jobs avanni based on the AITs. MAVNIs are not eligible for officer grade despite having advanced degrees coz they don't have citizenship by the time they get enlisted. chicken and egg sametha; Mavni loney officer rank eligibility vunte mana desis would have had nicer careers in the Army itself so with Army service and their degree they choose IT jobs to get good pay. 
 

sad for that lady though 24yrs ke papam thyroid cancer anta but still making 263K a year together and saving all of it. 
Citizens choosing army as a carrier have way more benefits than our folks choosing MAVNI (ofcourse Citizenship is the biggest thing they could get though)

How 3 jobs baa, okkate ayina chesthada leka anni outsourcing e naa. No requirement to go to office at all, even though everyone's asking people to come back to office?

Weapons handling lo kooda different categories untayi, mee odu apply chesina Tableau position ki weapons handling ki sambandam enti? I too handled weapons so it's not like that's unique to just one person, so trying to understand what's the correlation here.

Naakoda friend unde bro I lost touch with him since a long time but appatlo we used to talk on the phone, he was in the first ever batch that joined MAVNI. Wonder where he is now.
