Because, Indians collectively lack conscience and are squeezed daily just to Survive. Bulk of Indians are forced to poverty or near poverty due to some 20 generations of suppression from Rothschilds with their East India  Company first, then through British crown. All the wealth looted was used to industrialize Europe and North America. 

Now they are throwing pennies in India through so called FDI which is again through debt. Governments borrow so much for the FDI to come in. there should be an end kada; in economics they say diminishing of marginal utility; once you have all the wealth in the world what is next

They are already in upper limit. Problem is elites are not after monies now. They are after control. Just CM Padavi choodu. Baboriki ippati oka 10 taralu thinna taragani aasthi undhi.
