i mean didnt apply in eb1 ... have eb2 only..

2016 PD aeithe you will get it in 6 months after EB1A approval. My old company collegue okadu 1yr canada velli vachi EB1C lo GC kottadu 2017 PD.

After 6 months he asked company he will move to canada bcoz of family visa issues and there is dependency on him and company said ok. Fast forward 1.5yr later he said he will move back to base and company said ok. After 6 months he started pressing for EB1C.

4 years of meticulus planning and vision tho GC kottadu.

In my collegue case all steps worked in his favour bcoz there is heavy dependancy on him and company not ready to lose him that he encashed.
