True, samshabad airport .. I remember one aunty kept pushing me at airpoint q line, .. a guy going to dubai  arrived with dozen drunk friends pushing and blocking luggages around .. they need multiple international terminals ..atleast 5 and 2 for domestic.

 

They should start tokens issuing with adhar card and verify it in tirupathi itself before heading for tirumala darshanam.

Each traveller arriving in tirupathi for darshan will be given random cenrer assigned. They need to travel to that center and get band issued which will be active for 48 hours.

Have them multiple band issued in different  centersacrooss tirupathi and neighbouring towns complexes. 

Also bands should be assigned to kids. When you scan the barcode on these bands it will reveal parents phone number, adress and adhar card. 

Even bcci should learn .. hyderabad , kanpur multiple stampedes for cricket game tickets issueing.
