Start with small certifications in a field that attracts you. Many ivy League schools offer online certifications. From there you can pick up a stream and go forward....

leetcode, system design cheyyandi. move to bay area. change jobs frequently and move up in levels. certifications may help but additional degree (ms/mba) does not really help unless you do it full time in top 5-10 universities
