only option left is, H1 premium lo approve ayyaka, immediately H4 spouse should plan a trip to India, get US visa appointment and visa stamping thechukunte, automatic ga H4 approve ainattu. Then come back to US on new H4 visa and then H4 EAD auto renewal ki elegible. ee lopu H4 EAD approve aithe well and good.
