When I did it was always h4 ead delayed. H1 and h4 comes on time with premium.how can you stay in USA with expired h4 ?

undoddu ane kada vallu antondi. Don't you understand brutal job market going on for last 1.5 years? so many complaints to USCIS by americans that US Citizens are laid off and h4s are hired.

Worst case scenario H4 EAD okkkate raadhu but H4 status as a spouse fine kadha ??
