Tenant not paying rent in hyderabad

My tenant suddenly stopped paying rent and saying he is in hometown and can't pay rent. He is saying he won't pay for another 3 months and he will go to court for harassing him. Can I hire some bouncers and make him vacate or will have any legal problems?

Depends on how far he can go and how strong he is and how strong your support system is. Some dumb tenants try to scare NRIs but if you react strong they shut their mouth.

I have support but can't use for petty things ledante maa pailwan batch digutadi motham

3 months tarvata ochi rent undamani chepu.... samanlu bayata padadengu...tirigi ochinaka.. epudu etla ochinav ra.. kaan kinda rendu bairu dengiiv.. G la kathi petti chirthaa anu..

he already threatened you with legal consequences....call his bluff and vacate his belongings from the property....

If you don't call his bluff, then what's the guarantee that he'll pay after 3 months?..after 3 months he'll say 1 yr..once a sucker, always a sucker antunna @Sucker

manam first lawyer ni hire cheskonudu waste...samanlu bayata pada 10githe he'll either go away or hire a lawyer...then manam notice accept cheyyakunda games adocchu....

basically NRI's look like bakaras to some ppl...truth is some NRI's nijamgane bakaras...

1. Call him again - this time record the call. Ask him reasons. He might tell some stories. Just listen and tell him it will not work out. Tell him you gonna auction all his belongings and will return the amount after settling the balances. 
 

2. Send him a court notice to pay the rent or else vacate. talk to a lawyer if possible. He might file a case on you if you don’t have all these evidences. 
 

3. whatever he says or does. You go legally and get rid of him.
