Anyone used jeevan pramaan app in usa? My dad is a pensioner and he has to submit life certificate every year in jeevan pramaan app. It is not able to generate the OTP needed to login to application 🤦🏻‍♂️from usa. Anyone used before or know any tricks , i have tried vpn, turned off location services still it is nit working.
