Which Apple car play device is best to buy on amazon or other site? 

My car doesn't have apple car play

The devices in amazon mostly only add wireless carplay functionality to cars already equipped with carplay. 

In your case, you are pretty much looking at replacing the entire stereo system in your car with an aftermarket one which is carplay compatible.

Existing Map on the car is outdated. as new establishments are growing address are becoming old pretty soon

Phone is too small and sun glare on thephone while driving
