old office lo oka atanu used. Integrates well especially without having to replace your existing car screen. 
He used for 5y without issues. 
Unna car lo screenreplace cheyyaddu anukunte thats the only option. Screen replace ayina parledu ante there are so many options.

Changing just the screen wont do it. The sterio head needs to be replaced, based on the compatibilty of your car model.
