Nonsense. Advise lo, using an offer letter for leverage may backfire anta. Corporates are ruthless against employees. Then why should employees be considerate of them? Treat corporations like prostitutes. It is on the jobless tyrannical HR to stop being management's chamchas and start enforcing an ethical conduct at all levels. Drive culture, foster innovation, and care for people, employees will not look outside.
