Correct, last time they made a procedural mistake in removing h4ead and court said the process is wrong and start again. By that time trump term was over. This time they will know and follow the correct process to cancel h4ead properly. H4EAD is lowest hanging fruit for trump admin to take away. My parents’ health isn’t good, and they keep asking me to visit, but I just can’t afford it, am in OPT now. Sistuation is very bad financially and family health wise. and they’re worried about my sister’s marriage, which adds more pressure. And i have to pay the education loan amount is 40lakhs. I’m going through a really tough time right now. The job market has been so hard, and despite trying everything I can, I haven’t been able to find a job. I have 3.5 years of experience as a Full-Stack Java Developer and have worked with : Java, Python, ReactJS, JavaScript, Docker, Kubernetes, and databases, but nothing seems to be working out , Iam in OPT now. I feel completely stuck and don’t know what to do. I JUST NEED ONE OPPORTUNITY PLEASE🙏 to get back on my feet. If anyone can help in any way, it would mean the world to me.
