That's andhra mutton pulav.

Anyway if you use spices in moderation and replace mutton with chicken then biriyani is better than what indians eat on average everyday.

Biryani tini sugar check cheyamanu...any rice items are bad

Not biryani. Usually meat and fats, soices will neutralize the carbs and as rice is slow cooked, most of the starches will be left over in the boiled water.

Slow cook, ghee and oils, soaked rice, meats….veeti valla blood sugar spike neutralize avutundi

Remove ganji and dont eat appude cook chesina rice. Eating rice when it is cool reduces blood sugar spike, more effective if you keep in refrigirator, cool it and then you can warm it lightly and eat.

When alcohol is in body metalobism actively works to break it down instead of converting food to glucose. Since glucose is low you feel more hungry and snack a lot during mandhu sessions.

I'd say the opposite. Mutton is a superior meat to Chicken. Bulk of the chicken that masses consume is an abomination of artificial hormones , antibiotics and GMO food. Mutton on the other hand comes from Goats which are extremely picky eaters. Also, this animal fat turning bad for lipid profile of the consumer is wrong. Sugars and refined carbs do more damage to lipid profile and cardiovascular systems than Animal fats.

Mutton has too much saturated fat which will increase cholestrol and also will cause digestive issues if you eat it regularly .

I eat mutton regularly. Almost daily. I'm on keto +intermittent fasting. I eat only two times a day. Breakfast with three eggs and two slices of thick cut bacon , and mutton in the evening. Very little to NO rice.  It keeps my  muscle mass intact, my libido has only gone up. Then my blood work looks pretty good too.

Saturated fats unnecessarily made to be the villain. It's always refined sugars and carbs plus trans fat. Saturated fats are very good. Your brain needs them. Your endocrine system needs them. It gives you sense of fullness. That's why people eat ghee.

Not at all. My gut is pretty healthy. I don't have any digestion issues. The key is keeping spice in moderation, and ensure you consume garlic and fruits with fiber. I eat bananas regularly. On the other hand try eating high starch foods daily and tell me how you and how your stools are.
