IT making 5 times salary than govt then why you need job security. You work 1 year meaning rest 4 years and still make govt job salary.

I am into IT and work 60-100 hrs every week from India and now in US. I am multi national employer working different countries making very good money of 75K per year

Govt servants dont work after 5PM. They just come to office to take bribe and corrupt the entire society. Ekkado oka manchi vaadu untadu but most of them are corrupt to the core.
