Came on deputation on visa and over the years have acquired US Citizenship. I don't have an Indian visa or OCI. Now with project drawdowns, HR wants me to return back to India immediately as there is no bench policy for deputies. I have told them to apply for India work permit as legally I cannot work in India being a foreign national. Has anyone faced a similar scenario. Any thoughts/advice. Quote

Probably he is due for director level position ! He might be having some benefits staying in that project. He might have some benefits which he dont want to reveal.. ForEverJava Posted January 15 Report Posted January 15 More than anything their network and channels and support system they create they can’t survive outside or also lot of stock and other kickbacks if you are in upper positions won’t be easy to get in outside market for those positions so they will do anything to keep that support system one neighbor i know in Midwest when moved from LA to Livonia Michigan along with director and senior director and 8 other people moved all from previous org to new org it’s that kind of support system they look for each other including lead and mangers I think they all moved into AAA client I think Quote
