I think he will get like 1-1.5 yr salary.. Quote

One person US Citizen left to india for kids sake, build some business in india and setup his own company. He would not resign the job and wanted the company to layoff for package. Eventually a whistle blower gave details of the company he setup where his details are there and they fired him without package. Quote
