It will correct more this year anna.. 25% - 30% correction avtadi on pre-owned homes

new constructions already reducing prices and offering incentives...

builders are coming up with huge inventory .. so new constructions lo price reductions chala chestunnaru.

Blackrock has been a big buyer of homes in recent years and have stock piled with the intention to rent them. I have read somewhere that Blackrock has been selling crazily and wants to get out anticipating a crash. 

I tried to see if its credible information. Cant find. Any idea?

Another company INVH. They have acquired single family home worth more than 10billion in past 10 years. They are into rental business.

tough to track anna.. they form multiple LLCs and buy properties wholesale and use local investment agencies. 

when they sell, it wont look like blackrock selling it.

only way to look up is by history of the property rentals and public records.
