I agree with foreign countries taking advantage. But it has nothing to do with IRS. He uses one truth and then brings something completely unrelated to make his case. IRS abolishment will make this country go to dogs!!!

How so?

Is your question related to other countries taking advantage part? Or the IRS?

IRS

Republicans are vouching for a unified sales tax. They want all other taxes to be abolished. They hate IRS. And auditing craps etc. anyways…:

In a nutshell, if you don’t spend then you don’t have to pay taxes. Taxes are going to be paid only if a person spends on something. It’s going to be consumption based rather than income based. So, corporate bigwigs will take loans and spend their money for mere survival. Which will be no less than few thousand dollars. Their individual income will pile up. It will multiply manifold if not for taxes.

USA has a ballooning debt and it also has massive fiscal budget deficit. Even at the current state, revenue is not enough to meet its obligations. How do you expect this country to thrive if corporate and income taxes are completely replaced with a unified sales tax? It will be crazy….

US existed without income tax before. It was not until 1913 income tax was introduced. Even then it lingered in single digits all the way till 1960's. In the immediate math of post war years it's about 3% or so. By far post war years US industrial output was relatively very high compared to all other countries.  It's the same thing about Canada.

How did that happen then?

Money doesn't work that way. If you leave people with more disposable income, then they just keep spending. None keeps holding their monies if there's no incentive of interest(%). More spending equals to more transactions and govt. keeps getting it's cut as sales tax. If any it revitalizes the economy. Look up the growth during the post war years.

If the US federal govt. wants to write off it's debt, it can do away with it. The Zionist banking cartel don't let it do so. Hitler was able to do so with MEFO bonds, but a war was forced on him.But that's another story.

In the current modus operandi, they can always raise their debt ceiling and keep printing more $$ and follow Keynesian model. It has bipartisan support anyways. So long as they enforce $ across globe with guns, it's not a big deal.

Those days are gone! They are already paying 200 billion dollars a month for interests alone. USA cannot afford to borrow more through debt ceiling. All countries are ready to dump the dollar. It's just a matter of time. They are waiting for the moment. I reckon even US citizens will start their transactions with crypto. The mighty power of "dollar" is overabused. Period.

President Trump announced in a statement Tuesday that he will create an External Revenue Service to counter the Internal Revenue Service’s (IRS) taxation of American citizens.

This new agency will ” collect our Tariffs, Duties, and all Revenue that come from Foreign sources,” said Trump.

Trump says his inauguration, “January 20, 2025, will be the birth date of the External Revenue Service.”

Trump made the announcement on Truth Social Tuesday, saying:

For far too long, we have relied on taxing our Great People using the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). Through soft and pathetically weak Trade agreements, the American Economy has delivered growth and prosperity to the World, while taxing ourselves. It is time for that to change. I am today announcing that I will create the EXTERNAL REVENUE SERVICE to collect our Tariffs, Duties, and all Revenue that come from Foreign sources. We will begin charging those that make money off of us with Trade, and they will start paying, FINALLY, their fair share. January 20, 2025, will be the birth date of the External Revenue Service. MAKE AMERICA GREAT AGAIN!

Trump has proposed tariffs on foreign imports to replace revenue from and the burden imposed on Americans by income taxes.

It is unclear what he plans to do with the IRS upon taking office next Monday.

However, Trump’s Department of Government Efficiency co-head Elon Musk has said that he will turn the tables on the organization and audit the Internal Revenue

Service.
