Flask webserver, Any idea?

Deployed an app on flask server on a VM , Debian OS.

Unable to access it from webbrowser. 

site can't be reached ani message vasthundi

thanks for the response, app is accesiblt from vm. when i launch i get welcome. its working

when i access it from personal laptop broswer i get 'site can't be reached'

personal laptop rendu same network lo unaya bro 

if it is netstat or ss vadi check if 5000 is punched or not

netstat -lntu | grep :5000 ss -lntu | grep :5000 etc 

then add in ip tables

iptables (add your port to open) see documentation 
service iptables save

service iptables restart

not netwrok or flask expert but usually any app they do mostly same
