As far as the other side, ICE would have heard hundreds of stories saying my uncle shop/restaurant helping and not taking money.

Yes, but doesn't matter. Burden of proof lies on the prosecution. All you need to do is plead the fifth and not answer any questions. Manollu engage ayyi edava stories cheptu vuntaru. They incriminate themselves. There is no labor law asking you to submit documentation. ICE adigina, you just need to refute you are not a worker.

this is not the first time about these raids, they did a bunch of times in the past too. I think they removed legal immi proceedings for illegals immigrants, not sure for legal non immigrants if there's still court proceedings.
