That is for a different situation. It comes into play when you are formally charged. Ee case lo you can be silent. No one can be forced to respond or incriminate themselves. Cops will play all dirty tricks. But you need to know your rights. You are protected by the Constitution. You need not aid any officer in their investigation. It is them to find ways. I exercised them a lot in my years in the US. Traffic stop lo kuda, I just give my driver's license and insurance and do not have a conversation. Just friendly ga hello officer ani cheppesi ichesta. Idi ivvalsina avasaram kuda ledu kani until I commit a traffic violation, but this is something I choose to do to avoid argument during the stop.

I also used to attend federal court hearings during my spare time. You will learn a lot. Radio lo kuda vastayi. I just listen to them when I am driving. Podcasts kuda vuntayi. They are widely used by LSAT aspirants. World is turning ugly and you need to prepare yourselves ba.

If they want to prove, it is easy. They can technically verify the phone location and how long it was there.

vundi kada. People don't utilize it. No one is stopping you from attending classes and getting grades from other courses. But I agree. Our education needs to be revamped and more flexibility need to be given. Ikkada bachelors cheste konni courses compulsory teesukovalani sava kodataru (such as music, art, history, et cetera).

How can they prove that the phone is with this guy? He gave it to the owner man. Mere presence is not a crime. This is a free country and you are allowed to roam freely. Confession, or money trial is the only conclusive evidence. inconsistent statements is also circumstantial evidence, not conclusive.

What if they video record the person going daily to the same store/restaurant and working? He can say my uncle's restaurant but now they have suspicion and can check phones or ask other students working in the same restaurant or living in same room with this person. Easy ga truth bayatiki vastundi.

Law Enforcement is more experienced in these matters and if you think you are better than them then good for you but 90% normal ppl will open up easily.
