selling a bond basically means govt taking appu from private citizens....when the appu was taken, Telangana didn't exist....it was taken by united AP which means the money was used for both regions

therefore repayment should be the responsibility of both states...

the video also states that there was an agreement that telangana will pay back 50.5% of that and ap 49.5%...telangana govt is not honoring the agreement anymore

why so?? The biggest city in united AP was Hyderabad...most electricity consumption akkade jarguddhi obviously...

Mee question lo ne answer kuda vundi….entire collections from discoms are in losses, except Hyderbad urban region. 

Farm sector nundi massive consumption with zero payables. 

Just hyderabad urban center nundi generate avutunna revenue tho bonds payments chesthnaru….

the video posted by OP disagrees with you...they are saying AP is paying and TG is defaulting...

I agree with you that revenue comes mostly from urban/Industrial centers...but appu is appu, you have to pay whether revenue is coming or not...
