Mr. Zuckerberg blamed his former chief operating officer, Sheryl Sandberg, for an inclusivity initiative at Facebook that encouraged employees’ self-expression in the workplace, according to one of the people with knowledge of the meeting. He said new guidelines and a series of layoffs amounted to a reset and that more changes were coming.

Yes. Unofficially Official. With my previous employer, we were given open directions to hire Women, Hispanics, Blacks, and non-binary genders only. If we cannot find one, our requirement was not opened. Yes, we need to first find the candidate after which the requisition opened. I collected this evidence, along with audio recordings, and gave it to State's Human Rights Commission/EEOC. EEOC delegates the investigation to the State. State can easily be compromised. My HR head managed the Governor of the State. My evidence went conveniently missing. She has a lot of bruised knees. Widely known in the company. She became HR head from a recruiter in ~7yrs.
