Taken a back by some questions but this happened in my previous contract scene ayina Kani she was there preferred mainly coz of lead being a she comfortable and all this I guess in a major banking client and remote she worked so may be advantage of not facing the client r whatever first come first serve may b skills not sure who r how strong

Not really. Desi women do not come under quota. Sollu kaarche desi men vuntene, desi women ki opportunities. Adi asalu pani chese vaallani recognize cheyaru.
