Okappudu balisina pandi la undevadini anna, konchem baddhakam tagginchi body fat percentage ni 34 nundi 26 ki teeskochanu. Na goal body fat percentage <= 20.

Abs visible untaya aa body fat percentage ki? 6 pack was not my goal initially, kaani ippudu kakapote malli cheyalem ani gattiga try chestunna. Letha 30s gadini!

Okappudu fat undedi kada, so lower abs fat stubborn untadi annaru. So,  20% body fat tho same alane paina unnattu untada? Leka lower tummy untada? Or do i have to target for much lesser body percentage to get visible abs? Genetics kuda role play chestai on how body fat burns ani annaru anna!

You can’t target specific parts/abs, it doesn’t work like that. Goal should be to bring fat to less than 13% (depends on type of body and fat distro) for popping those abs muscles. Keep training them so when ur fat drops they become obvious.

But is it worth it bro? I lift heavy 5-6 days a week. and eat clean protein food + fiber + watch my carbs etc.

I think I still have a long way to go before my body fat reaches less than 18%, but antha worth aa anipisthadi bro. Weekend saradaga beer and biryani enjoy cheyyalekapothe denikosam intha hard work, intha sacrifices etc anipisthadi.

Parents nundi dooraga untunnam + office lo kukka chakiri + intlo pellam pillalatho enno sacrifices.. dinamma manasuku ishtam ochina food and drinks kuda thinalekapothe intha kastapadatam avsrama anipisthadi naku.. everyone is different though. I am in mid 30s.

Na goal okkate anna, i want to see my abs. Fitness lo idoka milestone and I wanna reach that milestone and make it a memory. Tarvata konchem strictness taghinchi just fit ga untanu.

Anna, nuvvu antha discourage aipomaku! Only 1 or 2 people can have such abs anna, you are doing great! Alochol manchidi kaadu body ki, biryani antava weekend lo okasari gattiga kummesey! Next day detox chesko body ni. I really appreciate u, mid 30s lo kuda active ga unnav fitness kosam☺️

Just a question anna, doesn't going to gym make u happy? Or isn't gym your escape hatch from your stress?

Six pack kosam try cheyyadam kashtame but maintain cheyyatam inka kashtam, depends on how serious you are with your food habits 

bodies are made in the kitchen

ultimate question bro.. gym is my happy place.. that's why I go at least 6 times a week

That 2 hours of workout in the morning is my gateway to a peaceful day, both mentally and physically.

There are some days when I am too sore from yesterday's workout, but I still show up the next day. 

For me toughest thing is to stay away from biryani + beer. I am a social animal. janalatho kalavakunda undalenu.. and kalisinappudu oka few beers or few rounds of scotch lekunte entertainment undadhu bro

It depends on individual and genetics all are not same

My body fat % has always been <20. It was between 10-15 for very long time. Flat tummy, but no way as shown in those pictures. 

I understand the temptation to meet goal. Go for it and tick off an item in your checklist. But its more diet than exercise.
