more companies are hiring in Banglore,

this consulate will serve more to business people than granting visas....

and they need a US consulate there for people coming from US to Bangalore on business purpose..

They are late. The consulate should have opened here way earlier than Hyderabad. Bangalore has been number one in software exports in the country since the beginning, and it still is.

how is the situtation in india right now for getting visa appoinment slots?   is it easier to get now or still brokers tho book ayipothunnaya?

hope waiting period is not too long now to get a slot

People from Hyderabad use to run to chennai or delhi in past. like frequency was lot from last 30 years.

Even in early 2k The number would be thousands.[F1,H1, L1 , B1and Visiting Visas].  Many students who got converted to H1 use to run canada, chennai or delhi for visa stamping.   Banglore might be software hub. even now the numbers of applicants from hyderabad would be higher.
