Funds ichedi, daathalu ichedi, govt ichina, ekkuva sontha dabbulu pettina, time ichina just because they have credibility and why do you think he needs more publicity? Meeku nachina nachaka poina he is the face of that hospital and he is bringing in more funds with his face value
