I am hearing lot of cases these days of not paying rents.

I think middle class americans are destroyed due to inflation and when push comes to shove they are not caring anymore and showing the finger. 

The system is f$$ked up and its gotten extreme where people are not able to afford food. Here is one such recent video

Another factor - ppl who bought in 2021 still pay a lot less EMI than those buying now. That’s what mattters.
