yes almost all of them are scam ... 

but there is a thing ... 

when they try to take those pills ... they become more inclined to health !!! so they watch out their calories ... run/ exercise more often ... or get more doctor check ups !! 

certainly its a rich people fad !!!

Majority of Indians can not get enough D Through Sun Shine.. This is what Doctors as saying.. can you throw some light on this..

okay its correct to an extent. If you live in Banaglore or Hyd apartments, the morning sun rays will not touch you as most of the time you commute between home and the office and never get exposed to sun light.

This is the main issue that Doctors are aiming to address.

SuryaNamaskaram is the best way but imagine how feasible it is now a days life style.

So they are exploiting this situation by selling Vit-D tablets, which in itself is a scam.
