There is a huge nanny mafia in Dallas 

people pay around 3200 for these Nannie’s. 
they work only 8 to 10 hours per day cooking and taking care of kids some time folding clothes. 
they take weekend off 

check in Dallas 

but I would strongly not encourage them

they are mess to deal with unless you have a private outhouse kind of thing where they can stay
