End of discussion until something valuable comes out of the ruling instead of some 50 threads screaming unknown statements. Quote
ErraBook_monagadu Posted January 21 Author Report Posted January 21 You seriously think miller brought this EO without consulting constitutional experts? I won’t be surprised if Supreme Court justices already green lighted this EO Quote

You will understand the intent. This kind of scenario never existed before in Supreme Court. This kind of conservative justices majority.. I think birthright citizenship is gone.. Quote

EO interpreting children born for illegals or temp visa workers are not fully subject to the US jurisdiction so they are not eligible for citizenship. How can a h1 require so many approvals and justification but a h4 ead can just be a McDonald’s manager? If they don’t want to end h4 ead, they should make it like h1 with approvals and possibly consider them under quota. Quote
