Try reading about the reason for 14th amendment. You will understand the intent.

This kind of scenario never existed before in Supreme Court. This kind of conservative justices majority..

I think birthright citizenship is gone..

Not until it becomes a rule

Supreme Court majority will  not be changed that easily. Barack Hussein Obama is a curse to all immigrants and to this nation.

He is the one started this mess with DACA  just days before 2012 elections. Until that time no president tried to use EO to redefine illegals. Then H4 EAD, OPT EAD, I-140 EAD .. And that gave rise for Trump and immigration became a main stream issue..

ofcourse  the cons could be ammended,

in this case of birth right cit they'd need approval from 38 out of 50 states, also the house and senate majority is Rep,

this is for illegals (mainly hispanics), entering thru borders, and making anchor babies attaining citizenship, and further claiming benefits like free schools, and much more once they get older. All these anchor baby parents are illegals not paying any tax to the gov, but claiming benefits is the point currently being considered closely. No issues for legal non immigrants tho.
